Its a new modern house - designed to be luxury, modern and yet comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 4 beds; Beds are velvet in Blue and Grey colors - mattresses are 17" and tripled cushioned for your utmost comfort. House is equipped to smart lock, wifi & security system. House is located only in 5 min walk from Rutherford Go station if you need to hop on and go right to Union station in downtown. Parking is free - 4 cars can park side by side in front of the house . Wonderland and Vaughan Mills mall are in 10 min drive distance. No Frills for grocery & Shoppers ( medication) are 5 min drive away. High speed internet, Cable and a 55" flat TV mounted on the wall can pleasure your eyes. House is equipped to Fire extinguisher & smoke detector. linen, towels, toilet-tiers, Shampoo, Hair dryer, Iron, folding desk, air mattress all provided. My purpose is just to comfort you and make sure you having a good time. Hosting has become my passion - i also host in downtown Toronto. Pls let me know if you need to stay in downtown as well; its just across from CN tower with a roof top pool in summer.

Its a residential & family oriented area, it is a semi detached house in a very safe and quiet neighborhood; and so i request and expect my guests to respect the neighborhood and keep the noise down especially after 10 PM - there is no tolerance for loud music or late parties & unfortunately it will be stopped.
