I liked · Mike's house was very nice and clean, Mike changed my room to a room with a private bathroom for a small fee, it was my first time to Vancouver, Mike helped me a lot to find the places I needed. find. He was very helpful. He was friendly ,kind and helpful. Access to supermarket, subway and Starbucks with a ten minute walk, access to the Skytrain and three bus stops in less than five minutes to access all parts of the city. From the airport you can get to Mike's house in six stops and less than 20 minutes. If I come back to Vancouver I will choose here again

The best thing about this property is location. 5 min walk from the metro station and 15 min by metro to the downtown area. The room is spacious and comfy. I enjoyed my 9 days there and Mike did his best to show hospitality!

Mike was very welcoming and his house is really clean and comfortable! the proximity with the Trainline is very handy if you plan on exploring the city without a car

Great location. Mike is a very kind person, it was good to have conversations with him. Access to the downtown is very easy thanks to the skytrain, that is at 5-10 minutes by foot.

Location is in a quiet neighbourhood with a Starbucks down the street and within easy walking to the Vancouver Skytrain. The house is situated between the airport and the Vancouver Waterfront. Good parking available as well. The host was readily available and accommodating for change in ETA. He gave me the option to upgrade to a room with an ensuite, which was wonderful!

The welcome and the friendly and openminded tenant. Very nice house near the Canada metro line. Breakfast shop (sadly closed on sunday and monday) close to the house.

I did not get a breakfast and was unaware that it was part of the price I paid-I had actually wanted a lower priced room, but somehow the higher priced one appeared? My mistake?
