Please Note: If you smoke please don't book, I’m sorry, but smoking is not allowed on my property. This stunning ground level Three bedroom suite is newly renovated and furnished. It has everything you need for a stay that feels just like home for up to 7 guests: Big Size covered Patio with BBQ and amazing view of Frazer river and Mountains. Two bright bedrooms with cozy queen beds and bed side tables, a spacious Modern Kitchen with all amenities, a comfortable living room area with sofa bed, accent chairs and mini movable dining table, and an elegant bathroom with a standing shower. and ample of storage under stairs for your luggage. Free independent big size parking for you big size vehicle from the back of the house beside your suite. as shown in the pictures. Map to the back lane access also in the pictures. Free street parking in front of the house. Separate Laundry Is Available on request as it is in Garage. So we will have to schedule it accordingly. This Suite does not have central AC. Only portable AC during Summer.
