Important additional information: - There is an outside staircase of 9 steps to access the first floor of our hotel. - This suite is located on the third floor of the building. - To access the second and third floor of the hotel there is an interior staircase (no elevator). - This suite is located at the front of the building, facing rue Saint-Denis. - This suite features a balcony overlooking rue Saint-Denis. ** IMPORTANT ** We are a boutique hotel with self check-in.
