Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. HOT TUB: - Hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night - Please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water. - Read more in our house manual *If glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, you will be charged of 500 CAD NOTE: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping). A fee of CAD 500 plus taxes will be charged if the property smells of smoke or if any evidence of smoking inside the property is found.
