Luxury, and tasteful furnished apartment divided on two floors with amazing view to the impressiv mountains of the Bernina over to Piz Margna. Shopping centre and train station you can reach in only 5 minutes walking distance. TOP FLOOR: Entrance to the apartment with wardrobe as well a separate guest WC. Generous and elegant living-/dining room with fireplace and big terrace. Swisscom TV with International channels. Open, very nice and good equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, steamer and Nespresso coffee machine. FLOOR BELOW: Sleeping compartment with master bed-room and direct access to bath room, separate shower and bath tub/WC with hairdryer. Double-bed room and 2 single rooms. Additional shower/WC. Garage no. 43 + 44. ski – and bike room. Laundry space in the house available. Pets are not allowed. Free WiFi
