Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property info

Apartment in Innerarosa with stunning views of the mountains and close to the ski lifts and slopes. The apartment is a 3.5 room with storage room and private parking. Due to its privileged location, the views of the mountains and the valley are unbeatable and it is very close to the ski slopes and lifts. It has a total of 2 bedrooms: - The master bedroom with a king size bed, large wardrobe, TV and window with direct mountain view. - The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a chest of drawers. The main bathroom has a bathtub and two sinks and is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and basic cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine for guests to use and direct access to the balcony and the living room. The living room and dining room are the highlights of the flat and offer stunning views of the mountains and the whole valley, as well as access to the balcony surrounding the living room. There is a smart TV and internet, fireplace, board games for guests and plenty of space to sit on the sofas and at the dining table. Guests can use the private storage room of the apartment next to the entrance of the building and park a car in the parking space allocated to the apartment in the private car park of the Hermannsch Hus complex.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in a complex of houses and residential buildings in Innerarosa called Hermannsch Hus, very close to the ski slopes and lifts as well as skiing and cycling routes. All residents have access to a private car park where guests have an assigned parking space. It is a very quiet area, ideal for families and lovers of nature and winter sports. It is ideal for getting around by car or on foot, as the area is a bit far from the centre of Arosa and the nearest bus stop is a bit far from the house.
