We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Recently renovated, the apartment has been decorated and furnished with high-quality materials, paying attention to every detail and equipping it with everything needed for an incredible vacation in Arosa. With its privileged mountain views, you can watch the days and seasons pass from the comfort of the apartment, providing a remarkable experience. Divisions: - The apartment features a spacious living room with sofas, television, wifi, and a panoramic view from the window. - The kitchen is another highlight of the apartment. It is very spacious and fully equipped with high-quality appliances. It includes a Nespresso coffee machine, Raclette and Fondue set, and even a wine fridge. You will find the dining room right next to the kitchen, furnished in a traditional regional style. - The apartment has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom: - The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has direct access to the balcony and a double bed. - The secondary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. - The apartment includes a large private garage next to the building's entrance.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the center of Arosa, near the "Zentrum" bus stop. The bus is also free of charge and will take you to any part of Arosa in a few minutes. The nearest ski lifts are Tschuggen-Ost, which is right next to the train station and only a few minutes' walk or a bus stop away. The sports store "Sprecher Sport" is in the vicinity, with a Coop supermarket opposite and several cafes and restaurants nearby.
