I needed an overnight hotel allowing late check-in, for a reasonable price near the port of Konstanz. This one provides it (even though I think the hotel prices are little overshot everywhere, especially in times of some event nearby). Hotel and the room was super clean and stylish.
The Plaza hotel in Kreuzlingen is easily accessible from the no. 7 highway and is just 400 metres away from the Kreuzlingen railway station and 1 km from the centre of Konstanz.

Clean comfortable room. I was given a spacious double room with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The small shower room was well equipped, including a hair dryer. The shower had an excellent supply of hot water and was simple to operate. I would return to this hotel.
Located in Kreuzlingen, Hotel Bodensee-Arena is right next to Lake Constance and the German border, and only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Konstanz with its many shops, restaurants, and bars.

The staff was super friendly and everything was very uncomplicated. The rooms were spacious and everything was also super clean. We were surprised that you could rent bikes for free and also could use the sport facilities. I will certainly visit again.

We spent two nights here.
We spent two nights here. The shops seemed to be more expensive than in Germany. Travel on trains also more expensive. We got Bodensee cards for travel in Germany. However it is a pretty area and felt very safe walking around at night.

Public pool in Hoernli is very nice to visit if the weather and time allows. Lakeside is nice to stroll, pedestrian and bike friendly. Of course Kreuzlingen being next to Konstanz, it is very much worth to see Konstanz old town. One can also go for shopping if there is more time.

We were very impressed with how friendly everyone is.
We were very impressed with how friendly everyone is. We were there to visit our Grandson, who is playing water polo for SCK. The game food was great. We also ate at Park 5. The food was delicious. We also ate at the castle in the Park, wonderful food and a very helpful staff
Wonderful little apartment, with everything necessary for a short stay. Parts of the interior decoration struck me as a bit quirky, but in an endearing way. The host is very nice and easy to interact with. The location is good, and most things are only a short walk away. The apartment has a nice view over Kreuzlingen up to a bit of Lake Konstanz. At the end of April (and probably a bit before and after as well) you can even watch the sunrise over Lake Konstanz from the bed.
So close to the train station and Konstanz was a very easy short walk. Warm greeting upon arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. 20 minutes after we checked out we realised we had left something in the room. The host was very obliging and helpful and arranged for us to collect our forgotten goods immediately. Highly recommended for a lively place close to Konstanz.
Good value for money, comfortable motel-like rooms with good wifi. The on-site restaurant is convenient, and the breakfast buffet is quite nice. The room includes free bike rental and free ice skating (while the rink is open)! The hotel is situated in Kreuzlingen, right across the Swiss border but is within walking distance from the old town of Konstanz and train station.
EVERYTHING!!! The place was perfect after a long flight. Check in instructions were made simple by our host Roman. After a sound sleep, we woke refreshed and ready to start our Switzerland adventure, starting with the Rhine Falls which were just up the road. Many thanks to Roman and his family. I highly recommend staying here!!!
- My room was on the back side and the night was exceptionally calm.
- The location is central, although it is on the Swiss side it is very close to downtown Konstanz.
- The one-person room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly well-equiped for my needs.
- The staff was friendly and efficient.
Bianca is just the best host you can imagine. We were taken care of a lot and she had all the good tips to make the stay extra good.
The house is also super close to konstanz center so you can easily walk there to have dinner and a nice time at lake konstanz.
Definitely a recommendation

Great modern hotel , very good room size ( also in terms of the bathroom ) . Enough parking places right in front of the hotel. Location is good. Complementary water - a big plus. Close to the train tracks , but noise was not a problem.
Very kind staff, calm guests (important with hostels :D), amazing location (right at the lake, with swimming access 3 minutes walk, in the middle of pretty park, still walking distance to train and to Old Town Konstanz).
This was my second stay. This time I stayed longer for two weeks. Had a lot of interaction with the hotel staff and the restaurant staff, and they were very helpful and assistive.
Nice room and bathroom. Windows were open in room and halls so the hotel had nice fresh air. Had a welcoming looking lobby/bar/restaurant but we didn't have time to use it.
The apartment was great. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. We could easily get there and leave our bikes in the bikes garage. And less than 20 minutes to Konstanz town.
Location is great! next to a park (seeburg) and walking distance to German Konstanz
Single room had enough space, bathroom too
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Reasonable location, not too far from Seeburgpark and Konstanz. Toni's pizza just around the corner is great. Supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away
