Our Director Ross Holmes is a genius member who loves traveling. Our Director Janet Holmes was born and bred in Atiu in the Cook Islands and was previously a Primary School principal. As seasoned travelers, we have developed a resort with 2 bedroom and open-plan villas, which enable you to enjoy all the comforts of home in a peaceful tropical environment. Ross is an expert in Southern Cook Islands customary law. In each Villa, there is a guest copy of Southern Cook Islands Customary Law, History and Society by Ron Crocombe and Ross Holmes. We are happy to share our knowledge of the Cook Islands with you. Please do not hesitate to ask us for recommendations and further information.

Kia Orana Villas and Spa are an exclusive villa retreat within a 3862m2 tropical section just off Ariki Road, Atupa, Rarotonga. The Villas are 4 minutes from Rarotonga Airport & Avarua town, and 7 minutes from Nikao beach & the golf course. We have a 8m x 4m saltwater outdoor swimming pool & deck with 3 spa pools. Each villa has: Mosquito netting on all doors and windows 2 king-sized beds & 2 king single beds in 2 bedroom villas, and queen-sized 4 poster beds in 1 bedroom villas Ceiling fans and heat pumps Washing machine/drier. Full kitchens with black quartz benches, bench stools, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery & glasses Dining table (with 6 chairs in the 2 bedroom villas) Lounge suite Coffee table 49-inch TV & DVD player Hand-knotted rug Hair driers, iron, ironing board. Large deck, rattan loungers & rattan outdoor dining table/chairs. Weber barbeque Shampoo, conditioner & body wash Cleaning gear You just need to bring your clothes, togs, wet weather gear, hair brushes, other toiletries not listed above, sunblock & mosquito spray.
