it is about one or two block away to the mall/ market!!! You can walking around good . But it is next to main road, so it is noise. Must asking for another side if you want to quiet night

The airport bus pickup was on time and easy, the same goes for the dropoff. Once you reserved the room, they will message you with the pickup location in T1 or T2. Go to the location, and the bus will pick you up (they share the bus with two other hotels, but you will be the first one to be dropped off, and the first one to be picked up) The check-in was easy and smooth, the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants just a block away, so if you need to buy water or want something to eat, it is just a min walk from the hotel The breakfast was simple, with decent selections (and they have an expression machine, which I LOVED) The room is a bit small but that's a normal size in Shanghai, the bed is clean and comfortable, the shower is great

We booked this hotel just to spend a night during long transit. Hotel provided very detailed information how to get there from airport, there is a free shuttle bus departing every hour, the room itself was super clean and nice, staff was very helping.

The staff at front desk is very nice , ( I forgot to ask his name he has a glass on him ) he helped us set up Alipay, get a taxi, very patient and nice. It is difficult for us to move around in the city if we don’t have that. We appreciate his help a lot!!

A small and clean hotel with quiet room. The people who work there speak English. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every hour. There are eateries near the hotel. I would recommend it if you have to spend a night near the Pudong airport.
