In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

- One child under 2 years can stay free of charge in a crib.
- All children under 7 years are charged 15,000 COP per person per night when using existing beds.
- One older child (8 years and above) or adult is charged 65,000 COP per person per night in an extra bed.
- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).
