This listing is for 4 homes (each 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with its own parking space on a 9-acre convert mango plantation property full of nature and 1 swimming pool. On the property are 3 more houses plus a clubhouse. The gran variety of flora and fauna is a save and tranquil oasis outside the city, 15 min to a several beaches. This accommodation is ideal for couples, families or groups. We offer high speed internet in all the homes, even the clubhouse. Corporate groups are welcome!!! You will wake up in the mornings with the song of the birds and monkeys. The swimming pool is shared with other tenants. The pool area has a large clubhouse where you can watch the sun rise and sun set or just relax to the sound of the nature. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation in a quiet and safe environment. Each house has a live-in kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, 4 burner ceramic top electric stove, pots, pans, dishes and flatware and dining area. The houses have air-conditioner, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and hot water. Laundry is available for a charge of usd 8.00 per load (provided by housekeeping).
