My wife and I took our kids to Playa Potrero in Costa Rica just before the pandemic changed the world. After 3 days, we fell in love with the area and the vacation turned into a hunt for real estate. We went home with another home and now it is our pleasure to share the magic we experienced with our guests who come to visit.
Costa Rica is the jewel in the crown of Central America. The ecological and geographical diversity is fascinating and lush, the food is first rate, and the people are welcoming and friendly. I grew up in New Zealand so it reminds me of home.

Casa Daniel is centrally located in the Surfside Subdivision in Playa Potrero, a popular beach destination in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica just over an hour away from Liberia Airport. The area is renowned for its calm waters, hospitable people, stunning sunsets, and family friendly beaches. While the area is growing, there is a refreshing absence of large resorts and no high rise buildings. If peaceful and serene is what you’re after, you’re looking in the right place!
