Brand New 2 bedroom apartment with (sleeps up-to 6) with communal swimming pool located in central Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach area. Nissi Martha Apartment locate 600 meters from Nissi Beach, and only a minute walking distance from Nissi Avenue that you can find supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lounge area consists of leather sofas, free Wi-fi access, satellite channels (English, Russian, Scandinavian, etc). Dining area has a table for 6 and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, first one has double bed (king size), which upon request can be use as two single beds. Second Bedroom have 3 single beds. The main bedroom has a safe for your valuables items. All rooms have air conditioning units. Nissi Martha apartment set its own large landscaped gardens, fully enclosed and private and safe for smaller children. At the complex it is also communal kids pool.

Neighborhood info

Perfect setting for families or friends holidaying together or wedding parties as located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Nissi Avenue takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It's difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favorites in the future, please feel free to do the same for future guests. At the center of town, you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family. Nissi Martha Apartment locates in a quiet location, only a minute walking from Nissi Avenue, and five minutes from famous Nissi beach. Nissi Avenue offers all the necessary amenities, restaurants, souvenirs, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, etc.
