Ayia Thekla Serenity Villa is a comfortable 2-bedroom holiday home, in the much sought after and very popular neighborhood of Ayia Thekla, across the road from the coveted Ionion Gardens Resort. The main entrance of the property leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Both bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor and share a bathroom. Both bedrooms as well as the bathroom as spacious and roomy. A separate guest toilet for guests can be found on the ground floor where the comfortably large sofa becomes a bed for two. The excellent outdoor area is what makes this property special. Located at the end of a cul de sac, it offers privacy, peace and quiet, a mere hundred meters of the main costal road.
