The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and very kind. A short, dark haired lady was especially nice every time we met her. She was wonderful, but the rest of the staff was very nice as well.
The location is exceptional, also little things like potty and toys inside the room are really nice touch. We even rented a stroller for a little fee. Everything inside the restaurant is centered around kids as it should be in this kind of property.

The Kocour is in the Old Jewish Quarter, a perfect location for exploring Trebic. I have mobility issues and I had no problems. The hotel rooms are upstairs above the restaurant area, so some stairs were unavoidable, but I asked for a room on the first floor and I managed one flight of stairs just fine.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Mine was overlooking the inner courtyard.
I ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs. I can recommend their home-made burgers! Washed down with a glass of draught Pilsener Urquell - of course!
I took an early night and slept like a baby.
In the morning I was offered some scrambled eggs with the continental breakfast and the coffee was delicious.
After a hearty breakfast I just crossed the road to walk up to the Basilica for a tour and enjoyed my day.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
