Staff is extremely friendly, food is delicious, sauna is amazing. There is a ski bus stop not far from the place. Very good impression, totally recommend and will come back

The hotel was really nice. It has everything for both long and short stays. Especially for a family with kids. It has a nice playroom with lots of toys and things to keep the little one busy. The room we had was spacious and clean with all the toiletries and towels. It was warm and comfy. The breakfast was tasty but could've used more variety. They also offer a very delicious dinner for additional payment that you can order in advance. When we visited, it wasn't too crowded and we had plenty of space to park. The personnel is nice and friendly and overall tried to be very helpful at all times

The penzion is lovely and cosy, it really has a nice and friendly atmosfere. The staff were always very nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and offered all we needed. What I also appreciated was the electric kettle at the corridor, so that I could make tea for my kid when we came back from skiing. We also mostly had dinner at the pension, there were always 2 options to choose from and also a possibility to make a vegetarian meal. The food was always delicious. Definitely thumbs up for everything, we will recommend this stay to our friends and family :-) Thank you for the nice stay!

We had a great time at Vysoká Stráž! The standard of the guesthouse met all our expectations. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. We also had a small dog that felt very comfortable there. We ate all our meals there and they were always very tasty (especially the knedliki). We got all the information and help when we needed it. The staff were very helpful and nice. We definitely want to go back there.

Myslím, že každý si mohl z nabídky ke snídani vybrat, co mu vyhovovalo. Já mám ráda vaječné omelety, míchaná vejce, volská oka,a to v nabídce bylo, takže ta mě super. Jen chuť šunky mně nevyhovovala.

Líbila se nám ochota a vstřícnost personálu, vše perfektně připraveno. Měli jsme jen snídaně, ale i ty byly výborné, ve formě švédských stolů. Bylo fajn, že se při nich myslelo i na děti, nebo mlsouny a kromě párečků a vajíček, byly k mání i lívanečky.
