There is plenty of space for all the family to have fun in this accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to move in immediately. All you need to do is buy groceries and a bottle of good wine :) The National Security Service building is next door, so I don't accommodate young people or noisy groups. I prefer families with children and adult couples. Please provide advance notice of the age and gender of your guests. This will speed up my decision-making process.
Parking is possible under the house or on neighbouring streets. There is no individual parking space. It isn't easy to park in the evening when everyone returns from work, but there are plenty of places in the afternoon and morning. Parking is free from Friday at 18:00 to Monday at 08:00. You can download the application EasyPark to pay for parking. The price is about 1,5 euros/hour. I have a free garage for your car, but it will be 3,5 km from the apartment
