Only 5 minutes by car to Europa-Park - Germany's largest family and leisure park. Ringsheim, the southernmost municipality in the Ortenau district, lies in the Rhine plain between the Vosges mountains and the southern Black Forest, centrally located between Freiburg and Offenburg and approx. 5 km from the Europa-Park Rust and 10 km from France. Numerous walking and hiking trails lead around the Kahlenberg. Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, enjoy unique panoramic views across the Rhine plain to the Vosges mountains in neighboring Alsace and recharge your batteries for body, mind and soul. Enjoy the beauty of this natural and mountain world. Just a few minutes' drive from Ringsheim, you can explore and experience one of Europe's last paradises, the Taubergießen nature reserve, by boat or bike. In our village there are winegrowers with their own distillery. You can sample fruit water, Kirschwasser, Williams Christ and other schnapps as well as our world-famous and excellent Baden wine in numerous ostrich taverns. We always have some package deals ready for you. Europapark tickets are available on request.
