A private room for 2 persons.shared bathroom and kitchen. In this Apartment another 5 students live and Share bathroom & kitchen.Sat-TV and free VDSL-Internet included..Lining and towels included. 5 walking minutes till train and city center or airport & trade fair!. There is Italian restaurants & Turkish restaurant just across the street. Grocery shop Rewe,Lidl is 300 m from apartment. Medical store is 400 m. The space A Room for 1 persons with 1 single beds. Free Sat-TV and internet (Lan+Wifi) included. Linning and towels are included. Bathroom with shower WC, seperate WC and kitchen are in the flat for shared use (flat consists of 6 rooms). There is a hair-dryer is in the bathroom and the kitchen has a Toaster, fridge, cooktop, mikrowave. There is a washing machine ,dryer for a fee in the neighbor house which you can use. Guest access The room is private for you and of course lockable. Kitchen, bathroom and hallway are shared use. Other things to note The flat is in the town of stuttgart and there is a street in front of the house.
