Das Appartment war sauber, für 3 Personen ausreichend gross, sodass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen schönen Abend im Appartment verbringen kann, wenn man selbst Unterhaltungsmedien mitbringt. Die Betten waren ebenfalls bequem und sauber. Auf dem Appartment eigenen, überdachten Balkon ist eine kleine Sitzcouch, auf der man auch mal zu dritt sitzen kann. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Da wir uns in München nicht gut auskennen, war es von Vorteil dass der O2 Tower direkt nebenan steht, den kann man aus ganz München sehen. So findet man auch mal ohne Navigation wieder zurück ins Apartment.
