Perfect for business travelers and families with children. Our luxurious and modern furnished 3-bedroom apartment in the downtown of Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms, which make this apartment an exceptional place. A large living-dining area connected to the modern and fully furnished kitchen creates a sense of space and atmosphere. The balcony provides a place in the sun in the summer. Two bedrooms, each with a large double bed as well as sleep coach in living room provide restful sleep for a big family. The main train station Böblingen in within 6 min walking distance. The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large closet. A comfortable 2m x 2m double bed ensures restful sleep. In the second room is large double bed for the night. Here you will also find a desk with printer and monitor to make your home office days productive. If you only have a handbag, no worries! Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included so you can move in with just a handbag. It is a new construction from 2018 with high quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is furnished with many design furniture as well as Vitra chairs, Rolf Benz couch and other lovely details and is looking forward to your visit! Perfect for families with children or baby as we also provide baby crib, changing table, toys and books for your dream family. The location of our apartment is more than convenient: Just around the corner you will find many cafes, restaurants, kindergartens, schools as well as a supermarket within walking distance. The main train station Böblingen is only 10 minutes walking distance from our apartment. During your stay, visit one of the restaurants within walking distance from our apartment, such as Thai Rainbow Garden (0, 4 km), Giovanni Romano Pizzeria Da Gianni (1, 9 km) and TOWER 66 - Steakhouse & Bar (0, 8 km).
