RULES OF THE HOUSE CLEANNESS - The flat must always be entered without shoes. - Please wipe down all four walls after showering. - Please put dirty dishes in the sink. You do not need to wash dishes. - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. KEY I am usually at home or I will adapt to your daily arrival times. Key is available on request. If you lose the key, you cover all costs - flat door and main entry door. DAMAGE Damage must be reported immediately. Minor damage, such as broken glass is covered by the landlord. The tenant is liable for major damage to the equipment or the accommodation. NOTE: Please take care not to damage the parquet floor and walls with suitcases or other objects. SAFETY Balcony, apartment and front doors must be closed when leaving the accommodation and at night. Heating, lights and other appliances should always be switched off when not in use. This also applies to electrical appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. KITCHEN USE Fridge can be shared. Cooking is not allowed, as I have had several bad experiences in the past. Of course there is nothing against preparing and eating snacks/sandwiches. Tee is available for everyone. WASTE DISPOSAL Please ask, I will show you the different waste disposal options. VISITORS Unannounced guests and visitors are not permitted. EVENTS AND PARTIES Events and parties are generally prohibited in the flat. These house rules are an integral part of the short-term rental and serve to ensure that you can enjoy as pleasant and safe a stay as possible. Compliance with the house rules is therefore essential.
