The location is amazing - out in the country but only a 10 minute drive into Berchtesgaden with panoramic views of the mountains from our balcony. Pension Meisl is absolutely beautiful, everything is spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast buffet in the mornings. Three of us shared a two bedroom suite. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful with very comfortable beds and a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Pension Meisl offers a community refrigerator, microwave, silverware, plates etc. for everyone to use. Super convenient. Frau Meisl is the heart and soul of the house. She is always engaged with her guests and goes all out to help with travel information, extra towels, coffee etc. Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back!
