Clean and comfortable. Quiet location within reasonable walking distance of tourist sites and also close to public transport. Flat well appointed with plenty of utensils for cooking. Good eateries close by.

Nestled in the vibrant Tiergarten district, it's a perfect fit for couples, friends, or business travelers. Inside the apartment, you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with a 180x200 superking sized bed, a spacious living room with a couch (which can be used as for sleeping for an additional person, however it is not a sofa bed), and an open kitchen. The living room opens up to a balcony that offers a serene view of a park, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with an espresso machine, oven, stove, fridge, and other essential utensils. The bathroom is designed for relaxation with a highpressure shower, a washing machine and a dryer.
