We invite you to your home in Berlin on practically cut and yet cosy 70m²...the apartment is perfectly suited for families or small travel groups, as there are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a king-size box-spring bed, which face away from the spacious hallway. At the rear of the apartment, the fully equipped open plan kitchen-living room is connected to a bright living/dining room with balcony, from which you can enjoy a view of the city life, but especially of the Lietzensee opposite. The bathroom with shower is completely new like the whole apartment and has been stylishly selected. A maximum of 8 people can live in this apartment, but we can also make up the 2 large existing sofa beds. There is also enough space for an extra bed for children. This apartment is available in identical form twice in the building and can be combined with larger apartments, which are also located in the house, depending on demand and availability. The apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. In only a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as the Charlottenburg Palace, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie/Friedrichstraße, the Eastside Gallery, the Berlin Zoo, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm, the Messe Berlin ... Numerous shopping facilities, supermarkets (also organic), bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bar only 100 meters away A large Berlin Wall city map is in the apartment for your orientation.
