Central guest suite right across the world-famous Kit Kat Club. And to Berghain (the world's most famous club) it's only a 30-minute walk, an 18-minute journey by public transport, or less than 10 minutes by cab! This is a "flat within the flat" of your hosts on the 7th floor. When you enter through the main door, you'll find yourself in a small hallway with two more lockable doors. The door to the left leads to the flat of your hosts. The door to the right is your private entrance to your private part of the flat, the small "flat within a flat". There is also a couch that can be turned into a small double bed, making this space available for up to 4 people. However, due to the size of the flat, ideally, we recommend it for 1-2 people. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette (no full kitchen) with a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine, a small fridge, a table and chairs, and a small stove for one pot to prepare small simple dishes. This kitchenette has no sink or dishwasher (you can get running water in the bathroom). But just leave the dirty dishes on the tray in the hallway (that you share with your hosts) in front of your private entrance and we will clean them for you.

This is a busy crossing right in the heart of Berlin, located in the central district "Mitte" (meaning the middle) at the border of the famous cultural and nightlife districts Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. So it can't get more central than this! The world-famous Kit Kat Club is immediately in front of the door! Berghain – the world's most (in)famous club – is only a 30-minute walk, an 18-minute journey by public transport or less than 10 minutes by cab away! The epicentres of Berlin's nightlife – Kottbusser Tor, Schlesisches Tor, and Warschauer Straße – are also just 20-30 minutes by foot or 2 stops by train (less than 10 minutes) away! Also famous tourist hotspots and historical sites in the district of Mitte – for instance, the museum island, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, the Holocaust Memorial, or the political centre – are either within walking distance or less than 20 minutes by public transport! You literally can't stay more central than this during your Berlin visit!
