Property information

Fantastic bright and charming apartment from 1854 with a breathtaking view of Nyboder. Stay in 114 M2 in the heart of old Copenhagen. You have everything within a short walking distance, whether it is shopping, or the many attractions which the city is known for. The neighborhood is relatively quiet despite its central location. Cafés, restaurants, galleries and grocery stores characterizes this picturesque locality. The apartment has two bedrooms, one large and one somewhat smaller. A south-facing corner room with the most beautiful view of Nyboder and evening sun. A small cozy dining room, and a small combined toilet / shower room. Small but well-stocked kitchen with microwave and convection oven. There is wireless internet in the apartment , flat screen TV Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to an amazing award-winning yard with a playground and an outdoor grill. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and the property has no lift. The apartment is inhabited usually by the owners and their dog. We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.
