Our company has been established about 2 years and we manage 5 apartments. All our apartments are new and fully furnished. All our guest get professional communication. If you need any help, do not doubt and write us.

Property info

The building at 7 Peetri St. is part of the historic Noblessner submarine shipyard. Noblessner, which operated as a shipyard for over a century, is now a seaside district open to people and the sea. It features historic industrial buildings, a promenade, a marina and newly developed housing and offices. Noblessner implies cultural events, business, home, and maritime culture. In the immediate vicinity of the building are the Põhjala Brewery and the head office of the interior design company Shishi. Next to the building is the Kalamaja Park; the sea and the Noblessner Marina are a few hundred metres away. The building is easily accessible by any means of transport, including public transport from Kalaranna and Tööstuse Streets. Parking space is available next to the building., but it cost some money. The city centre is a stone’s throw away.

Neighborhood info

Noblessner is Tallinn’s first district that is open to the sea and is very likely to please many people who enjoy life by the sea, close to the city centre, surrounded by culture venues, good restaurants and summertime seaside and city bustle. In the Noblessner district you can find the Põhjala Brewery, Shishi, Temnikova & Kasela gallery, Kai Art Centre, Staapli 3 Art Gallery, PROTO Invention Factory and a number of excellent restaurants. Right next door is the Kalamaja Park, and the Seaplane Harbour, Telliskivi district and the medieval Old Town are within walking distance. Welcome! Nearby is many really good restaurants, sunset bars and place where you can rent Iglu Sauna. If you enjoy quiet time then across the road is Kalamaja park, where can you just walk, relax or have a picnic.
