The transformation has taken the property to a new level of luxury, making it the ideal place for a tranquil and stylish holiday escape. Stepping into the villa, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area with large sliding doors leading to a beautiful outdoor terrace. The living room is elegantly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere for family gatherings or entertaining friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, seamlessly integrated with the living area, and opens onto the private outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. Outside, the terrace offers a private pool and jacuzzi, which have the option of being heated, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak any time of the year. The barbecue area is designed for al fresco dining and entertainment, while the lounge seating under the partially covered terrace provides a cozy setting for enjoying evenings under the stars. For added convenience, there's a fully equipped laundry room with extra refrigerators, freezers, an ice-cream machine, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
