The house is located in Costabella just 150 m from the beach and is close to many golf courses. Costabella is known for its fantastic chiringuitos and beach clubs, and you will also find two supermarkets just a 7-minute walk away. The house has been built on 3 levels and is facing south perfect to take advantage of the sun all day. On the main level is the living room decorated with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a smart plasma TV with international channels in all languages. The dining room has been decorated with a circular glass table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a refrigerator, a multifunctional oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler. Costabella has one of the nicest beaches in Marbella with the best beach restaurants only 5 min walking distance from the house. Also there are two supermarkets in a 7 min walk, so a car is not really necessary.
