ALJAMAR 3B is an excellent quality 1st floor apartament, being one of the largest within this Residential Complex. 400 Mts away from the popular Burriana Beach. Capacity up to 6 guests. It is tastefully decorated in a comfortable and stylish style, well equipped to meet all your requirements. 1 x double bedroom + Ensuite shower room. 2 x bedroom with two single beds . Full bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped open plan kitchen + Pantry Room. Wide Living / Dining Room with free high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen Smart TV, cable satellite ( multi language freeview channels). Patio doors leading towards the South-West facing terrace to enjoy al fresco the sun until sunset. Air conditioning / Heating in bedrooms and Lounge. All bedrooms with built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. All the rooms are on the same level, being quite safe and suitable for both children and elderly. Private garage , beneath the accommodation ( up 2 small/ medium size tourism cars. Disinfection and sterilization measures in the apartment. Boasting an outdoor Communal swimming pool, opposite the apartment . Opening time subject to the Rules of the Owners Association . 20 minutes walk to the center of Nerja.
