Somos un matrimonio de 50 años que nos gusta mucho el deporte al aíre libre, practicamos moutainbike y deportes náuticos como kitesurf y vela. Nos encanta la playa. Tenemos dos hijos uno de ellos ya se ha independizado, justamente en verano nos juntamos todos en esta casa, que tanto nos gusta.
El apartamento esta justamente en la mitad de lo que es la Manga en el km 9.5 ya que tiene 22km de larga, en esta parte es donde el mar menor y mar mayor están mas cerca, Esta muy bien comunicado, hay parada de bus en al entrada de la urbanización. Lo mejor de todo es que debajo del edificio hay un supermercado que no cierra ningún día del año, con carnicería de muy buena calidad, así que para cualquier falta viene genial. Hay unas puesta de sol increíbles que no te dejaran indiferente. La casa tiene las 4 orientaciones y desde todas las estancias se divisa el mar, incluido el baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores aunque no les van hacer mucha falta pues al tener las 4 orientaciones siempre corre el viento, La urbanización es muy tranquila la mayoría de propietarios son alemanes que viven mas bien en las temporadas de invierno. En la zona de playa no tienen con aglomeraciones ni en los meses centrales del verano y hay un baño muy bueno con vistas a la isla Grosa en el mar mayor y a la isla del Barón desde el mar menor. También hay varios restaurantes y bares al lado del edificio así como heladería y pastelería. Hay un paseo paralelo al mar mayor. En resumen es una zona tranquila para pasar unos días de descanso y vacaciones.
