Living Rincon is a chalet style building, which has a flat with separate entrance, accessed by external stairs with a garden for the tenants. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and leisure areas, there is a steep slope, especially to get back to the house. There is also a short cut through a staircase from the urbanisation, it will take you 7-8 minutes to get to the beach across the ground parking. It has a kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and another bedroom for 4 people which is also the living room. It is super equipped and modern, you can find in the pantry coffee, tea, oil, and various supplies. It has a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, food processor and everything you need so you won't miss home. There is a garden for the use of the guests where we can put tables and chairs if you prefer. We have a highchair and cot, but you have to ask for it by message to leave it in place. We are a quiet family and so is the neighbourhood. Easy to park for free in the street.

In the house where you will be staying, I live with my husband and my son. We do everything to make guests feel comfortable and want to come back. We know the area very well and we love to give recommendations and advice.

The neighborhood is very quiet, we are on a street that only has traffic from neighbors. It is 20 minutes from Málaga by car. You can move around on foot, it is an area with hills, so if you have any mobility problems you will need to drive. Parking is free in the apartment area, there are several free car parks near the beach. There are also paid car parks. If you would like, we have a trusted taxi service.
