ONLY FOR FAMILIES. CAPACIY 10 PERS MAX. FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. Organization of events prohibited. No noise after 11 p.m. LA VILLA DU LAC specially welcomes relaxing family stays with children. It is a terraced house with proximity to the neighborhood. The environment is sensitive to noise, being in a quiet residential area. We therefore wish to welcome families ready to respect the serenity of the place, day and night. Therefore, we cannot accept reservations for groups of adults only, there must be at least one child in the group. Thank you for your understanding. Due to the significant period of drought that Catalonia is going through, the region has been placed in a state of emergency. The main restriction affecting us is the swimming pool. Ours is currently leveled and maintained. Following the instructions of the Catalan authorities, we can only fill it with sea water. During the season, filling to level will be carried out in this way. Our swimming pool equipment is suitable for filtering both fresh and sea water, so we can inform you that this will have no impact on the cleanliness of the water. Barbecue: use under the local authorities. If the ban is confirmed in the event of a fire risk, we put at your disposal a small electrics barbecue and grill. charcoal not provided. House equipped with a sensor surveillance system connected to the security company SECURITAS. The alarm is always disabled during a stay with guests. However, if you wish, you can use it for your own safety. The downstairs room under the stairs is closed to travelers (storage space for cleaning accessories and household linens).
We arer very glad to welcome. you will enjoy the peace of mind of having someone close to the house ready to help you if necessary. We take care of your well-being as much as of the house, for which we will make at least one visit per week for the maintenance of the swimming pool. In July/August, for a stay of more than 4 nights, a short maintenance visit from us for the swimming pool will be necessary. This does not involve any inconvenience for you, we stay outside for around fifteen minutes at most. FORMALITIES: In addition to presenting your identity papers, you will be asked to complete the police form “Register of people accommodated”, one form per person, including children and babies. These forms are then sent by us to the local authorities (2009 law). We do not carry out an inventory but upon your arrival and in our presence, you can check the accommodation to see by yourself that the premises are compliant in terms of cleanliness but also functionality of the equipment as indicated on the announcement. A very rigorous cleaning is carried out between each reservation, the box springs and mattresses are systematically checked, as well as the interior of household appliances, drawers, cupboards, under beds, etc.
From the terrace and the pool you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Riudecanyes valley. The house is spacious, simple and welcoming, ideal for a large family with children. Located away from the tourist hustle and bustle, in a quiet village subdivision in the heart of the Baix Camp mountains, VILLA DU LAC is the ideal starting point for discovering the richness of Catalan heritage. VILLA DU LAC is in the heights of Riudecanyes, at 14 kms from the sea and Cambrils, 25 kms from Salou and Port Aventura, 30 kms from Tarragona, 23 kms from Reus airport and 120 kms from Barcelona airport.
