All of it, mostly the volunteers are the ones who make you feel like home. It truly was a nice surprise to find open and welcoming people. If going back to la Palma I'll make sure to pass by. I can say I made good friends while there.

One of the best hostels I staid at. Where this one really shines is in the personal department. Everyone could be employee of the month here! One of the good workers for example was Áron, who also plays Basketball very well. The manager, Fanny, is also very kind and manages the hostel very well. There are also some very competent staff in the extended jungle house family, like the blonde croatian girl, Aurora. She is very disciplined and deals very well and calmly with people, even if a guest is mean and gets angry when the jungle has to close the garden at night (even on saturdays) to respect the noise limit in the neighborhood.

The staff were soo nice. Carlos, who worked here, has been super friendly and helpful. I felt very comfy here. Hostels never have such good vibes, and I met amazing people during my stay.

From my first day until my last day, I had an amazing time. The volunteers were consistent about including all the guests in different events. The place just gives off good energy. Special shout out to Alessia. She works hard. She's always shines the brightest, and Jungle wouldn't be the same without her.

Internet quality is excellent, not a single issue for an entire month The tropical garden in the back is great! Constant supply of organic bananas for the guests, so many growing onsite that some would often go to waste, unique. This is definitely the hostel to come to if you require ecológico abundance banane. Kitchen is massive and always kept clean. The bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept on in a hostel, double bed bunks are excellent. 10/10 for the bedding situation for me (sorry should have put this first.) The location is terrific. Very near to a giant Hiperdino. The volunteers are great, very hard working, kind and friendly, thanks for making the stay one I will never forget ;) Big Love and appreciation goes out to: Apolline, Brian, Ella, Aleesia, Megan, Hope, Ren, Eleonara, Alice and Nigel :D
