Benestar Pool and Beach in Platja de Muro is a wonderful villa with pool and garden for 6 people, cared for and decorated to the smallest detail and located 200 meters from Muro beach, on the most natural stretch of beach in the entire Bay from Alcudia, right in front of the S'Albufera Natural Park. Benestar is a spacious and bright 2-storey house. It is accessed very easily from the road. You can park right in front of the house or using the private garage located in the basement. Upon entering the property we are greeted by a well-cared garden in which a centenary olive tree stands out that welcomes us. We find a first terrace in front, the ideal place to enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast in front of the S’Albufera Natural Park. We continue along the exterior corridor of the house until we find the large rear terrace of the house where the private pool of 20m2 and 1.4 mt is located. deep, undoubtedly the perfect place to soak in after a long day at the beach, with its hammock area and the outdoor shower where you can cool off. This large terrace has a built-in barbecue next to a large outdoor table for 6 people where you can enjoy with your family long and fun evenings.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia. If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
