This villa offers extensive outdoor area with ample sunbathing and shaded areas for all the family and a large the swimming pool. Its stunning terraces show off a wide variety of plants and greenery rich in colour which are beautifully lit in the evenings and include a barbeque and large covered outside dining area. You will always be able to find a nice quiet place to relax and unwind. Tastefully presented throughout, this property is the perfect place to get away from it all with family or friends. A beautifully secluded Ibizan holiday Rental home for families with magnificent views. The house is ideal to rent in the off season months as it has a heated pool which can heat upto 30 degrees. A large fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ area, with all the appliances you will ever need. The villa has been upgraded with high speed internet plus high quality extenders in- and outside.

At the geographical heart of the island, the village of Santa Gertrudis is Ibiza as a microcosm. Steeped in tradition, the main square is overlooked by the whitewashed fortress church with its distinctive yellow tower, and surrounded by a cluster of bars, restaurants and shops. Meanwhile, the rich agricultural landscape surrounding the village is home to fruit orchards, sheep, goats and the island's only dairy cows. Santa Gertrudis has expanded rapidly but carefully over the last years. Smart modern villas line the new streets, the village square is a pedestrian-friendly plaza where hip café bars and restaurants have joined traditional Ibicenco establishments. The special atmosphere of this charming village unfolds especially during the late afternoon and evening. Children run around on the beautifully lit squares or play on the fabulous playground, the terraces of the bars and restaurants are full of people, the murmur of conversations filling the air, no loud music disturbing the relaxed vibe. Interesting little boutiques and shops filled with fashion, jewellery and homewares invite you to take an evening stroll.
