Spectacular luxurious home to spend a dream vacation. New materials, renovated with all kinds of details and modern while maintaining its essence. A safe bet to enjoy your vacation! It is a house located in the heart of Telde in the San Gregorio neighborhood and with all kinds of amenities not only in the house but in its surroundings. Modern facade, tastefully decorated interior and ideal for families and couples looking for rest and quality. It consists of three bedrooms, the main one on the upper floor with two single beds together, a suite type with an ensuite bathroom and also with access to the garden. On the first floor there are two more rooms and each one contains a single bed. In total there are two complete bathrooms with a shower tray. Equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, microwave and a mixed stove, both electric and gas. Large and open kitchen that connects to the living room, the house is bright and fresh and has control knobs to open and close blinds to each person's taste. or the moment you prefer to enjoy.
