It is distributed in: entrance hall, hallway, living-dining room with access to terrace with spectacular views, independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two double and one single with double sofa bed, 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. It has a communal garden area and parking space. The house does not include bed linen and towels, the traveller can take them with them or hire them from an external company. BED MEASUREMENTS: 1 bed of 150 cm 2 beds of 90 cm 1 135 cm sofa bed DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of 600e is required, blocked exclusively by credit card.
