Casa Rie has just been totally renovated into a bright and airy apartment, upon entering there is a hallway leading to a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, both have access to a terrace with a seat at each door, and a 3rd bedroom with a twin beds. There is a modern shower room with a walk in shower, and a modern living/dining room with open plan kitchen leading, and doors to the terrace, with a 2nd toilet. There is air-co cold and hot for your comfort in each room, and wifi. Casa Rie is situated in a residential complex with 8 apartments, Casa Rie is on the top floor, 4th, there is no lift access in this block.
Stuart is looking forward to welcoming you to his apartment in Alicante where you can also enjoy this wonderful city.
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, 2 streets from the famous 'Mercado' and a 6 minute walk to the marina and the beach, passing a wonderful choice of restaurants, tapas bars, the theatre, cafes, bars and clubs on the way and also a great selection of shops and shopping centres. The train and bus services, also the Tourist bus are very close by. The castle of Santa Barbara and the bull ring are just a short walk.
