Comfortable terrace with direct sea view. 50 meters to the beautifull sandy beach. Appartment in new modern building. Two swimming pools, one for children. Large solarium on the roof with stunning sea view. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautifull decorations, best in the Pinada Beach IV building - fells like home. Equipped with beach towels, sun umbrella, beach chairs.

Neighborhood info

Quiet surroundings, directly at the beach and dune protected area without buildings nearby. Dozens of restaurants starting approx. 100 meters from the building on the promenade by the sea. The promenade itself is without car traffic and 3km long.
