Fantastic newly renovated duplex style house with private parking* , living room-kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. It can accommodate 4 people (double bed + double sofa bed). Distribution: On the ground floor there is a garage with a bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a living room with TV and double sofa bed next to the perfectly equipped kitchen. Finally, on the upper floor you'll find the bedroom with a bathroom and a shower. *The street is a bit narrow so parking a large car in the garage is difficult, preferably small or medium-sized cars. We apologize for any inconvenience beyond our control. The apartment is located in an area for residents only. In order to access the property by car, it is essential that you obtain a driver's license. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.

They have capacity for 4 people (double bed + double sofa bed). It is located 50 m from the restaurant "Raimundo burger", 300 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket "Bip Sa Gerreria", 1 km from the sandy beach "Ca'n Pere Antoni", 1 km from the station "Intermodal Plaça d'Espanya" is located in an ideal area for families, right in the historic center. Private transportation is not required as the place is centrally located. You will be a 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born. "Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its gastronomic offer. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a great presence of urban art.
