RESOLUCIÓ ACC/747/2023, de 6 de març The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation. We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so we are available 24 hours a day in case any questions or problems arise. Our office is open Monday till Saturday from 9:30 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 h. Out of office hours always have an emergency number to contact us.

Ground floor with incredible sea views in Calella de Palafrugell. Located in a very quiet area of Calella, it is part of a community with garden and swimming pool. There is also a pool for little children. Located on top of a hill, the sea views are striking from the terrace, the dining room and the master bedroom. The apartment is practical since there is no architectural barrier to access it and the parking space is just in front of the entrance door. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully renovated kitchen (with dishwasher). The bathrooms are not renovated. Well equipped but simple. Suitable for 8 occupants. The beach is approximately at 1 Km. For any other doubt about this property, do not hesitate to contact us.

Neighborhood info

Originally a fishing village, Calella has become a small town where urban growth has been strictly controlled so that the original charm of the town has not been affected. The beach is very picturesque with several coves. Instead of high-rise apartment blocks, general emphasis is placed on small, well-planned spaces with gardens and trees. Calella has the characteristics of "the perfect place" for many people, large enough to have excellent facilities, including good restaurants, bars and shops, but small enough to avoid organized travel. Booking information: During the months of high season, July and August, the rent is always from Saturday to Saturday. The entrance is from 17:00 h and the departure is at 10:00 h in the morning. Outside of high season the entrances and exits are flexible.
