The house has a beautiful garden with private pool, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days or enjoy a delicious barbecue. With a fireplace in the living room and the equipment with central heating, you can spend even cooler days here comfortably. There is also a private garage with direct access to the house at your disposal. A few meters behind the garden runs the national road. The Maresme coast is a long narrow coastal strip that begins north of Barcelona and stretches between the slopes of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea to the picturesque Costa Brava.
