From the moment I arrived the staff were brilliant. Always very helpful and professional. The rooms were perfect. The Hotel is in a very safe neighbourhood and ideal for going to watch Real Madrid play as the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is less than 10 minutes walk away. There is a great Irish Pub (used by locals) and 2 cafes very close.
