I live since 1998 in Gran Canaria and started working as a host for touroperators. After 12 years, I started my own business and am an intermediary for 13 other holiday homes. My company deliberately stays small-scale, so that I can oversee everything myself, and know what is going on with my guests and holiday homes. Customer friendliness and perfection are my top priorities, and I do everything I can to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday in Gran Canaria.

This fantastic villa is located in a quiet villa district in Sonneland. It is fully equipped and has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private heated pool (extra costs).

Neighborhood info

Sonnenland is a good location: it is nearby the highway and in no time you can drive to Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan, or up North to the capital Las Palmas. It is a village with mostly residents, and you will not have any noice of bars or nightclub. If you like to go to the bar, it is only a 5 minutes drive, and a taxi is not expensive in Gran Canaria.
