Lovely duplex apartment with beautiful sea views in Tabaiba Baja, only a few steps away from the natural swimming pool. It is located halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Spacious, bright, ideal for families and couples, with capacity for 3 people, two comfortable bedrooms and a cosy terrace where you can have lunch or enjoy the sunset. Recently refurbished, with a beautiful decoration in which care has been taken to the smallest detail and fibre WiFi Internet, designed for teleworking, it also has direct access from the building itself to the natural pool of Tabaiba. There are currently some works going on outside, due to improvements to the Paseo Marítimo. It is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has capacity for 3 people and Fibre Wifi Internet, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room and access to a nice terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax. Strategically located, just a few minutes from the beaches of Radazul and the wonderful natural saltwater pool of Tabaiba. It also has a magnificent connection with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island in a comfortable way. The house has a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, television, bed linen and shower towels and 300mb fibre WiFi Internet. It is a duplex with stairs, not suitable for babies or kids.

Tabaiba Baja, is located in the municipality of Rosario, east of the island of Tenerife. Surrounded by residential areas, where you can enjoy several swimming areas, highlighting its natural saltwater pool, sunbathing areas, showers, open access areas to the open sea, children's playground ... The view from these beaches to the area of the Valle de Güimar is impressive, definitely worth it.
