It has capacity for 5 people, Smart TV, two bright bedrooms, WiFi and desk, ideal for teleworking. This accommodation has all the ingredients to experience a unique vacation in Gran Canaria. It is ideal for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it has a good location and capacity for 5 people, with desk in one of the bedrooms and WiFi 300 mb. This great apartment is distributed on two floors, two large bedrooms, the main one with TV with Chromecast, queen bed and balcony, and the secondary one, located on the top floor and connected by a spiral staircase, offers double bed, desk and TV. On the main floor, you will find the bathroom with hydro-massage shower, the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining room, with Smart TV, single sofa bed and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views while enjoying breakfast. Located in a quiet residential complex, with all the necessary services nearby and with direct access to the Playa del Aguila from the communal pool area. To access the apartment you have to climb some stairs. The communal pool and solarium area will be closed from April to June 2024 for renovations. Due to construction work in the complex, you may experience some noise during the day.

Walkers, surfers and nudists mingle on a beach that also has solitary and isolated stretches where nudism can be practiced. But Maspalomas is not only known for its huge field of dunes or its good climate. It is also known for its old lighthouse, which has seen the arrival of the first tourists and the conversion of the area into a vacation resort.
